How do I create a membership?

Our memberships feature allows you to bundle your services into a course or membership cards that your clients can pay for in advance and redeem at a later date or in recurring payments that will automatically renew on the plan renewal date. 

To create a membership:

  1. Go to your Database items and select Memberships.
  2. Click on Create membership.
  3. Under Basic info add your Membership name and a category of membership. 
  4. Choose an image, taxes if required, and a selling price for the membership
  5. Choose activation options for your membership
  6. Under Services, you can choose which services are included in your membership. 
  7. Choose how many visits are included or use the checkbox to enable unlimited visits.
  8. Choose a calculated scheme for your team members one time or regularly. 

You can keep track of your sales by checking your transaction summary under Daily Summary and view any remaining visits on the Client’s profile or at checkout.


NOTE: You can edit your memberships at any time by heading to Catalogue, clicking on Memberships, and selecting the plan you’d like to edit. Don’t forget to Save any changes you make.
