How do I pause a membership?

Clients who are signed up for a recurring payment membership may need to pause their plan to avoid being charged on the next plan renewal date. Pausing a membership won’t cancel it, and it can be resumed at any time.

How you can pause and resume a membership:


  1. Go to the Client profile 
  2. Head to Clients, and use the search bar or filter to locate the client.
  3. Click on the client’s profile and select Memberships in the tab menu.
  4. Click on to snowflake icon follow More Options and Pause membership.
  5. To reactivate a membership, follow the same steps outlined above and select Resume membership.
