How do I assign team members to locations?

If you have multiple locations, you'll want to make sure your team members are assigned to the right location.

Once you've added your business locations, you won't be able to assign bookings to your team members or offer online bookings until you have assigned team members to each location and set their working hours.

Assigning locations via the team member's profile:

  1. Go to Staff list and select Team members.
  2. Add a new team member or select the existing team member you want to assign a location to.
  3. From the side panel, select Locations.
  4. Check the boxes next to the locations where the team member will work. 
  5. Click Save.

NOTE: Use the Location filter on Team members to filter by team members working at each of your locations.
